| The Room with a Loft $119 plus tax for up to two guests $10 plus tax for each extra guest Mid-week special: $99 plus tax,Sun-Thur This room is a three-room suite. The main entrance room contains a full-size bed and is accented with an antique dresser and rose lamps. The in-room private bathroom contains a whirlpool/shower combination and is connected to the main entrance room. Up a beautiful flight of stair is the loft containing two twin beds and the TV/VCR with a small sitting area. Attached to the loft is the private kitchenette. The kitchenette was once a playroom and still contains board games for guests of the Room with a Loft to enjoy. This room works especially well for two traveling companions requiring separate beds, for a family of up to four, or for a couple. Although this room will accommodate two couples, for your comfort we suggest booking two rooms. |

| The Blue Room $99 plus tax for up to two guests Mid-Week Special: $85 plus tax , Sun-Thur This special rate excludes special events and holidays. This room has a brass queen-size bed flanked by lamps reminiscent of the turn-of-the-century. The tiny-flowered wallpaper with a dark blue background gives this room its name. The in-room private bathroom is decorated keeping the time period in mind but contains the pleasure of five jetted directional spouts in the shower. |

| The Rose Room $99 plus tax for up to two guests Mid-Week Special: $85 plus tax, Sun-Thurs This special rate excludes special events and holidays. Although a distinctly feminine room, men enjoy this room as well. It has overtones of a rose color scheme with floral wallpaper highlighted with a Victorian doll border. The bed is queen-size with a wooden two poster headboard flanked by Victorian era lamps. The adjoining in-room private bathroom is large enough to contain a tub/shower combination. |

- This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed only on
the outside porches. - For the safety and comfort of all our guests, no candle or
incense burning allowed. Flameless candles are provided in
each room. - Reservations require a Mastercard, Visa, or Discover
number to hold the room. A check or cash is the
preferred method of payment at check-in although a
credit card can be accepted. Guests are charged for their
room/nights upon arrival. - Except for special events, cancellations may occur up until
ONE day before expected arrival. Cancellations greatly
affect our facility, so if our guests know of the need for
cancellation earlier than one day, please let us know so we
can rebook the available room .Early check-out is
considered the same as a cancellation.

| We reserve the right to choose the room for guests using the Corporate Rate, Sunday through Thursday. Therefore, if you need a room for more than one night and it appears there is no availability, or you are not using the Corporate Rate and prefer a certain room, we may be able to accommodate you by rearranging our schedule. Guests are not asked to change rooms once they have checked in. |
- Children over 12 years old are welcome. No pets allowed.
- Special events require payment-in-full at reservation. If
cancellation is necessary for a special event, 50% of the
total reservation will be used for the cancellation fee and
the remainder refunded only if we are able to rebook the
room. Rates may be higher for special events. Some, but
not all, special events require a two-day stay. Special
events include but are not limited to EIU Family Weekend,
IHSA Spring Fling, EIU Homecoming, graduation, etc. - Check-in is by arrangement anytime after 3:00 PM. Check-
out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins may be allowed
depending on circumstances. - Although you may make a room preference, if you are
booking Sunday through Thursday, we reserve the right to
choose an alternate room for you if necessary.
